We are a registered NDIS Provider, that provides Specialist Behaviour Support services to children, teengers and adults. We specialise in children who are living in out-of-home care, or alternative care arrangements, and people who live with a disability.

Jessica is the founder and Clinical Director of Quantum Behaviour. Jessica brings many years experience in the industry across NSW & QLD, specialising in autism, dual-diagnosis and complex presentations.
When at work, Jessica is most passionate about supporting vulnerable people achieve their personal best while also leading the change in communities towards a more inclusive society to support people living with complex needs participate in their community on the same basis as their peers.

In her spare time, you will find Jess lounging-around in her pyjamas, sporting a 'mum bun' while enjoying a book or binging on a Netflix series!

Lisa has been part of our Clinical Team for some time, she enjoys all things complex cases and is most passionate about advocacy and ensuring her clients are provided the supports they need to achieve their personal best.
Lisa brings warm, professional expertise, and personal experience to our team and is most passionate about supporting clients living rural and remote areas to have better access to quality supports.
In her spare time, Lisa loves the outdoors - BBQ's, camping, fishing, and spending time with her husband and children.
